Did I order delivery from The Bund 2 weeks in a row? Yes, I did. The delivery service is always so quick, and the food arrives hot and fresh. I can't speak to ambiance this time because this was a delivery. The Pan Fried Pork Soup Dumplings were savory and doughy with a perfectly crispy bottom and plenty of soup inside the bun. The Pork Soup Dumplings had the perfect skin thickness for me, and they had a lot of soup inside. The Chow Fun With Chicken didn't stand out but was flavorful and came with a good portion of meat.

Great neighborhood restaurant that satisfied my soup dumpling craving. We got their crabmeat & pork soup dumplings, chicken soup dumplings, Peking duck baos, scallion pancakes stuffed with beef brisket, water spinach with garlic, and beef rice cake. They also offer bubble tea, and my friend ordered a passion fruit bubble tea. We stopped in for a late lunch yesterday so there was only one other table of diners while we were there. Service was attentive. One of my friends had never had soup dumplings so was trying it for the first time, and she is hooked. We had 2 crabmeat soup dumplings orders and 1 chicken soup dumplings for our table of 3. Everything we ordered was delicious and we will be returning again.

I've been a regular here and one dish that always calls me back is their Scallion Pancake with Beef--it's nothing short of sensational! The pancake is perfectly crispy, and the beef is tender and flavorful, making each bite a delightful experience. It's easily one of my favorite dishes anywhere! The portions at The Bund are generous, ensuring you get great value for your money, and the pricing is more than fair. A pro tip for fellow foodies: it's often cheaper to order directly from their website than through food delivery apps, so definitely check that out for the best deals. While the Scallion Pancake with Beef is my top pick, I'd also recommend giving their Beef with Scallion and Roast Peking Duck Buns a try. These items might not reach the stellar heights of the pancake but are still very tasty and well-prepared. The beef is nicely seasoned, and the duck buns have a good balance of flavor, making them enjoyable additions to any meal. The Bund is a gem that offers a cozy dining atmosphere and consistently delicious food. Whether you're a longtime lover of Chinese cuisine or new to these flavors, you'll find something here to love.

Typical Shanghai style food. First time at this local spot and it did not disappoint. Parking isn't the best but the food was worth it for the price. One of the most authentic beef noodles I've had in a while.

Everything here was pretty solid as far as Shanghainese fare goes, and this restaurant is really doing a service to the area which otherwise doesn't have great options for soup dumplings and other shanghainese items. Scallion Pancake W Beef - this is one of my fave things to get when it's on the menu, and they did a solid job. Satisfying crunch, didn't skimp on the meat, nicely packed together, and warm. Bund Pork Dumplings - good, especially for the area, and 100% authentic. No need to take a hike to Chinatown or Flushing to get your fix - you can come here and get quality soup dumplings. A great option if you live around the area. Double Cooked Pork** really enjoyed this - had a good amount of heat, and the pork slices were thin, tender, fatty, rich, and delicious. This is now going into my list of go-to items when ordering from here again (which I very well see myself doing)

Decided to try a new place this week and stopped in this little restaurant. I typically don't see many Chinese restaurants in the area, but the food here was very authentic! The Ox Brisket and Beef Tripe is one of my favorite dishes to order in a chinese restaurant and they definitely carried this one out well. It was super flavorful with a nice kick to it. We also ordered the Scallion Pancake with Beef (not pictured) and it was nice and crispy. The beef with bean curd and watercress were both pretty standard - nothing super outstanding about it. The soup dumplings were pretty good as well - skin was thin, good amount of soup in the dumplings, and overall good flavor. The fish and tofu dish was probably the least impressive. I felt that out of the everything else, this had the least amount of flavor and was a little too oily. Overall, the food here was delicious and a great find in forest hills/rego park!
